RASC News Agency: Security officials in Bamyan province confirm that as a result of three traffic incidents in this province, one person died and five people were injured.

According to the officials, around 9:30 AM on Thursday, August 17, a Corolla type car veered off the road in the Now Daraz area of ​​Qarghanato, the center of Bamyan province, and as a result, two people were injured.

In addition, around 10:30 in the AM of this day, three people were injured as a result of an accident between a Corolla type car and a Suzuki type car in Shahidan area of ​​Bamyan province.

The press office of the Bamyan provincial security command has also informed about the third incident and said that around 5:00 pm on Thursday, a Corolla type car ran over a six-year-old child in the village of “Kalu” in Shiber district, who after being transferred to Bamiyan civilians Hospital died.

The Press and Public Relations Authority of Bamyan has reported that five men were injured in the traffic incidents of this day and were taken to the central hospital of Bamyan province for treatment, and their condition was said to be satisfactory.

At the same time, carelessness of drivers while driving, lack of attention to traffic laws, damaged roads in this province, and lack of familiarity of tourists with Bamyan’s transportation routes considered major factors of traffic incidents in this province.

While the traffic incidents have increased in different parts of the country, in the latest cases, two people died and 20 others were injured in two traffic incidents in Herat and Badakhshan provinces.
