Sources have said that the head of intelligence management of the Taliban group in Khawaja Omari district of this province was killed by armed men a few days ago and now the Taliban group has imprisoned and tortured at least 40 civilians in this district. Not long ago, this group arrested 17 residents of Nawur district of this province at the request of a Kochi.
