RASC News Agency: Taliban Deputy Minister of Interior Mohammad Nabi Omari said that the current situation in Afghanistan is based on the Islamic system and they will not talk about democracy and patriarchy.
Mr Omari made the announcement simultaneously with the introducing of the new Paktia governor of the Taliban group. He also said that some leading figures in Afghanistan are willing to talk to the Taliban.
Although Mr. Omari did not name anyone specifically, he said that the Taliban group is not going to discuss democracy and patriarchy with anyone.
Taliban official speaks about the Islamic regime in Afghanistan, but according to the news, the regime in Afghanistan belongs to one tribe and the other tribes are excluded from this regime and system.
Since the advent of the Taliban regime, the non- Pashtuns have been excluded from the governing body of the country and the Taliban group has discriminated against them and oppressed other ethnic groups.
The former UNAMA chief also said that ethnic groups were persecuted during the two years the Taliban ruled Afghanistan, and former government forces in the country were manipulated and killed by the group.
Taliban group is mostly Pashtun ethnic group and they are creating a Pashtunism government in the country by excluding other ethnic groups from Taliban government.
Non- Pashtuns always faced to Taliban torture, arrest and in some cases killing of the Taliban group. Taliban arrest and put Tajik people under the pretext of relation with National Resistant Front and other fronts which they are fighting against this group.
