Residents of Faryab Province: People are in Dire Need of Humanitarian Aid

RASC News Agency: Some of the residents of Faryab province in the north of the country, while they have gathered to receive humanitarian aid, report the dire need of the residents of this province for humanitarian aid.

This issue is being raised by the residents of Faryab Province, as recently a relief organization in this province named (Bashardost Organization) has distributed food aid to more than 200 needy, destitute and poor families.

Abdulrahman Bashardost, the head of the Bashardost charity organization, says that these donations have been made for families who spend their days and nights with economic problems and challenges.

He added that these donations, which include (one bag of flour, one bag of rice and one can of oil), have been distributed to the families who were identified from Mimana city, the center of Faryab province.

A number of residents of Faryab province who have gathered in this place, although they welcome the implementation of these aids, but they said that the aid provided was not enough for the people and it is necessary to distribute more aid to the people. .

They emphasized that people in this province are facing serious economic problems and challenges and are in dire need of humanitarian aid from national and international organizations.

These residents added that if humanitarian aid is not provided to the people, it is possible that some members of the families will perish due to poverty and scarcity.

This is despite the fact that with the rule of the Taliban group, the level of unemployment and poverty among the people has increased which according to the information of international organizations; many people have lost their jobs.
