RASC: Following the trip of a number of leaders of the Taliban group to Qatar to talk with American officials, the National Council of Resistance has reacted to this meeting.

This council said that this meeting will strengthen the decision of the Taliban group in the field of anti-human activities.

According to this council, America has two options in this meeting, one is interaction and respect for human rights, democracy, and the legitimate demands of the Afghanistani people, and the other is interaction with the Taliban group, which means interaction with terrorism and its disastrous consequences.

The National Resistance Council said that despite the fact that the statement of the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs about this meeting emphasized the non-recognition of the Taliban group, this political front opposing the Taliban group says that the goals of these talks are in an aura of ambiguity.

The foreign minister of the Taliban went to Doha at the head of a delegation on Saturday, July 29.

Before his trip to Doha, Amir Khan Motaqi said that he will discuss the “cancellation of sanctions, the blacklist, the release of Afghanistani people assets and the violation of airspace” in his meeting with American officials.

The National Resistance Council on Saturday, July29, in a statement, called these talks “one-sided and incomplete” and said that any kind of interaction with the Taliban group will make them more determined to commit inhumane acts and will not have any positive results for the improvement of the situation in Afghanistan. .

Supporting any kind of dialogue to solve the Afghanistan crisis, this council said that these talks should be comprehensive and with the presence of all parties involved in the Afghanistan issue.
