RASC News Agency: Reliable sources in Kabul province have reported that the Taliban group has detained Haidar Jan Nahim Zoy, a former member of the House of Representatives, in the city. On Friday, November 10th, the media was informed that the Taliban had apprehended Nahim Zoy on charges of “land plundering.” Nahim Zoy, son of Mohammad Nahim Kochi, a former leader of the Kochi tribes and a senior member within the Taliban group, served as a representative of the Kochis in the Afghanistan Parliament during the 15th and 16th terms.

It is important to note that just a month ago, reports emerged about the arrest of Mullah Tara Khil Mohammadi, another Kochi representative in the previous House of Representatives, along with three members of his family. The Taliban group also charged them with land plundering. However, the Taliban has not made any official statements regarding the arrest of these two Kochi members from the previous parliament. It is worth mentioning that the Taliban has a history of arresting, torturing, and even killing individuals associated with the previous government under various pretexts.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that the Taliban group has established a commission called the Commission for the Identification and Registration of Plundered Lands after taking control of the country. There have been claims from several citizens stating that this commission has declared a significant number of private lands, particularly those owned by non-Pashtuns, in various provinces as plundered. Recently, residents of Parwan province protested against this action taken by the Taliban group.
