Amiri wrote, these representatives stated that women’s rights are protected in the Islamic world and play a key role in the economic progress and stability of countries.

Amiri added that all the representatives have agreed to support the rights of women and girls in Afghanistan.

She added that the severe repression of women and girls in Afghanistan creates a dangerous precedent, especially for Muslim-majority countries.

She said that these policies should not become normal and the world should stand by the women and girls of Afghanistan and support them.

Rina Amiri further said that the representatives of these countries have agreed that they will continue to work together to support the people of Afghanistan, especially women and girls, through diplomatic efforts and steadfast support.

This is while the Taliban group has imposed extensive restrictions on the rights of women and girls in Afghanistan. As a result of these restrictions, women and girls are deprived of their basic rights, including education and work.
