RASC: According to local sources in Jawzjan province, unknown armed people have shot at members of a family in this province.
According to the sources, these people entered a house in the village of “Sehshanbe” on Monday, June 19, at around 1:00 in PM, and shot at the members of this family.
Sources say that as a result of this incident, a 40-day-old baby was killed and his mother was injured.
Sources added that unidentified gunmen fled the area after firing while riding a motorcycle.
The Taliban group in Jawzjan has also confirmed the occurrence of this incident.
The motive for this incident has not yet been clarified.
This is despite the fact that last week unknown people in the Shaberghan city, the capital of Jawzjan province, killed a young man.
