RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has stated in its newsletter that in targeted attacks on Taliban fighters in Baghlan province, they have killed three members of this group and injured five others. The National Resistance Front, in its newsletter dated Thursday, April 4th, mentioned that their fighters launched a covert operation on a Taliban convoy in the “Tala wa Barfak” district of Baghlan province at 11:30 AM local time.
According to the statement by this front, in this operation, two Taliban members were killed, and three others were wounded. The National Resistance Front states that in the “Kilagai” area of Baghlan province, they also ambushed a Taliban patrol, killing one member of this group and injuring two others. The statement adds that in these attacks, no harm came to the forces of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan, and they successfully withdrew from the scene.
Local Taliban officials in Baghlan province have not commented on this matter so far. Last night, this front also killed a Taliban member in a targeted operation in the Kart-e-Naw area of Kabul city.
It is worth mentioning that in recent months, the forces of the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan have increased their operations in various provinces of the country.
