RASC News Agency: Credible sources have informed the RASC news agency that the Taliban are presently deploying a significant portion of their suicide forces to Chechnya to join forces with Chechen fighters and defend the Russian government against Ukraine.
Mullah Fazl Mazloom, the deputy minister of defense for the Taliban group and one of its senior commanders, who spent over a decade in Guantanamo Bay prison, now receives one million dollars monthly from UN aid contracts for extortion in Afghanistan. He is regarded as a key orchestrator of this program. Fazl, in coordination with the United Arab Emirates intelligence organization, traveled to the country without a visa and is currently residing incognito in the UAE.
Numerous officials of the Taliban group, sanctioned as members of a terrorist organization by the US and the international community, travel freely to the United Arab Emirates. They board flights from Afghanistan to Dubai without visas and are discreetly received at Dubai International Airport by UAE intelligence officials. Subsequently, they are covertly transported to the UAE with special security protection. Taliban officials stay in luxurious and guarded hotels during their stay in the UAE, engaging in clandestine political, security, and economic activities.
Presently, Mullah Fazl Mazloom, accompanied by some political and intelligence figures of the Taliban group, has traveled to Dubai using the same method and is currently residing in that country. Taliban officials have held highly confidential meetings with Russian political and intelligence authorities. According to an agreement between the two sides, the Taliban recently appointed their military and intelligence representative as a military attache at the Afghan embassy in Russia, who is currently performing his duties.
Furthermore, according to the agreement, Taliban forces will henceforth be placed alongside Chechen forces to fight in defense of Russian interests in Ukraine. The majority of the Taliban forces sent to Chechnya consist of suicide reserves of this group.
Many analysts believe that the placement of Taliban forces alongside Chechen forces is a deliberate and calculated act carried out by Russian and Taliban authorities. Initially, due to their similar appearance and long beards, Taliban individuals are hardly distinguishable and identifiable from Chechens. Subsequently, since the Taliban have killed, injured, and displaced hundreds of thousands of people in Afghanistan for decades under the slogan of “war against infidels,” their direct involvement in the ranks of “Russian infidel forces” questions the Taliban’s apparently Sharia-based ideological justifications. Therefore, the deceptive tactic of mingling with Chechens has been chosen. Chechens are mostly Muslims, and the presence of Taliban forces, especially suicide bombers, among them is a deceptive and justifiable act, justifying the Taliban rulers’ non-Sharia decision to defend Russians.
In other words, Taliban suicide bombers will apparently not realize that they are fighting in defense of Russian objectives, but rather believe that they are fighting for Muslims in an Islamic land. However, the reality is that Chechens are part of the foot soldiers of the Russian regime who are currently fighting to preserve Russian interests. The Taliban, as “mercenary suicide bombers,” coordinated by Russian intelligence, are joining them in defending Russia’s interests. Although the Taliban receive millions of dollars weekly from the Americans, Russia’s support for the Taliban has several multidimensional benefits, including expanding ties with Russia, weakening Taliban opponents, and laying the groundwork for economic investments and Chinese political support, ultimately strengthening and ensuring the survival of the Taliban group’s rule.
