RASC News Agency: Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Taliban, recently announced that Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Taliban group, appointed Hamdullah Fetrat as the deputy spokesperson of the group. On Sunday, February 11th, the Taliban spokesperson shared this information with the media, emphasizing that Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada made the decision for this appointment.

This development occurred as Bilal Karimi, who previously held the position of deputy spokesperson for the Taliban group, was recently designated as the Taliban’s ambassador to China. It is noteworthy that the Taliban has been in Afghanistan for over two years, and during this period, Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the group, has not made any public appearances.

It is significant to mention that the directives of the Taliban leader are consistently conveyed to the public by the group’s spokespersons, and thus far, the leader has not made any television appearances.
