RASC News Agency: Continuing the series of mysterious and targeted killings across diverse provinces, local sources from Parwan province report the perplexing demise of a 19-year-old girl in the region. Sources in Parwan province have relayed to the media that this tragic incident unfolded on Saturday, December 9th, within the village of “Badamak Qalandar” situated in the Surkh Parsa district of the Ghourband valley. The perpetrator and motives behind this murder in Parwan province remain elusive. Nevertheless, the Taliban group has acknowledged the incident, affirming the detention of an individual linked to the girl’s murder.

The Taliban’s security command in Parwan province has, in response, conveyed the victim’s body to forensic authorities for examination, with ongoing investigations delving into the circumstances surrounding the girl’s fate. This unsettling event unfolds amid a notable upswing in criminal activities, particularly mysterious and targeted killings, spanning various provinces. In the most recent criminal episode, assailants reportedly beheaded a man in Takhar province during a robbery, seizing his belongings. Sources further note that the victim had no affiliations with any group, merely leading the life of an ordinary shopkeeper.

It is noteworthy that, despite the Taliban group asserting comprehensive security control in the nation, there has been a conspicuous surge in reports of criminal incidents, notably mysterious and targeted killings.
