Sources in Parwan province have relayed to the media that this tragic incident unfolded on Saturday, December 9th, within the village of “Badamak Qalandar” situated in the Surkh Parsa district of the Ghourband valley. The perpetrator and motives behind this murder in Parwan province remain elusive. Nevertheless, the Taliban group has acknowledged the incident, affirming the detention of an individual linked to the girl’s murder.
