Taliban-affiliated leader: Afghanistani migrants expelled from Pakistan are being relocated in 22 provinces

RASC News Agency: Sources from the Ministry of Migrants and Repatriation report that, according to the order of Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, the leader affiliated with the Taliban, migrants who are being expelled from Pakistan will be relocated to 22 provinces in the north, west, and central regions. Based on Mullah Haibatullah’s order, land, housing, and cash assistance must be provided to the migrants, and it has been further stated that the expelled migrants should be relocated alongside the Qush Tepa canal, strategic areas, and ports. According to Mullah Haibatullah’s order, the expelled migrants must be relocated to areas that pose a serious threat to the Taliban regime.

List of provinces and the number of migrants in alphabetical order:

1. Urzgan (Khas district) – 15,000 individuals
2. Badghis (Jawand, Qads, and Ab Kamari) – 40,000 individuals
3. Bamyan (Waris, Shibar, Kamird, and Panjab) – 50,000 individuals
4. Badakhshan (Wakhan, Ishkashim, Warduj, Shuhada, Darwaz Ha, Shahre Bozorg, Kran, Munjan, Shighnan, and Kishm) – 150,000 individuals
5. Balkh (Kaladar, Hairatan, Shortepa, Nahr Shahi, Khulm, and Dolat Abad) – 120,000 individuals
6. Baghlan (Khost, Guzagah Noor, Andarab, Tajikhai, Talah Wa Barfak, Nahreen, and Khenjan) – 50,000 individuals
7. Panjshir (Onaba, Paryan, Dara, and Abshar) – 50,000 individuals
8. Parwan (Jabul Saraj, Sayedkhel, Salang, and Charikar) – 50,000 individuals
9. Takhar (Ishkamesh, Baharak, Chah Ab, Chaal, Namak Ab, Farkhar, and Warsaj) – 80,000 individuals
10. Jowzjan (Aqcha, Khum Ab, Qush Tepa, Darzab, and Qarqin) – 50,000 individuals
11. Daikundi (Oshtarlay, Shahristan, and Khadir) – 20,000 individuals
12. Sar-e Pol (Balkhab, Sozma Qala, Gousfandi, and Kohistanat) – 40,000 individuals
13. Samangan (Ruyi Du Ab, Dar-e Sof, Khwaja Sulton, and Aibak) – 50,000 individuals
14. Ghazni (Malistan, Nawur, Jaghuri, Ajristan, and Ab Band) – 50,000 individuals
15. Ghor (Murghab, Shahrak, Toolak, Tioura Paband, and Chahar Sada) – 50,000 individuals
16. Faryab (Andkhoy, Baltcharagh, Kohistan, Lulash, Bandar, Gurziwan, and the border areas) – 150,000 individuals
17. Kapisa (Kohistan, Kohband, Nijrab, and the provincial capital) – 40,000 individuals
18. Kabul (Northern districts – Dasht-e Sabz, Farza, Kalakan, Istalif, and Mir Bacha Kot) – 50,000 individuals
19. Kunduz (Khan Abad, Imam Sahib, and Shirkhan Bandar) – 50,000 individuals
20. Nuristan (Barg-i Matal, Waigal, Mandol, and Parun) – 40,000 individuals
21. Herat (Chishti Sharif, Kushk, Injil, Gozarah, and Obi) – 70,000 individuals
22. Farah (Gulistan, Anar Dara, Parchaman, and Lash Joyin) – 50,000 individuals

This comes in the wake of previous reports stating that the Taliban, with its program of forcibly expelling Afghanistani migrants from Pakistan, is engaging in the resettlement of Pashton communities in provinces where the majority of residents are non-Pashtons.
