RASC News Agency: As per reports in the Pakistani media, around 150 migrant families have been deported to Afghanistan through the Speen Boldak crossing in Kandahar. The Baluchistan state authorities have stated that individuals without proper documentation are being detained in camps for three days prior to their repatriation to Afghanistan.
Pakistan has undertaken substantial measures to detain and expel Afghanistani refugees from different areas of the country, with a specific emphasis on metropolitan centers like Islamabad and Karachi.

As per the published reports, more than 50 families have been expelled from Pakistan and have crossed the Torkham border into Afghanistan in the past 24 hours, utilizing 20 lorries. This event occurred simultaneously with the Pakistani government’s announcement of its resolution to deport Afghanistani refugees who have entered the country illegally.
Pakistan’s decision to deport undocumented refugees has sparked widespread reactions from international authorities and legal institutions, who have persistently urged Pakistan to reconsider the resolution. Amnesty International had previously released a statement indicating that the expulsion of asylum seekers would expose them to severe danger from the Taliban group, especially Afghanistani nationals who had taken refuge in Pakistan due to fear of the aforementioned group.

The Pakistani government has set a deadline of November 1 of the current year, requiring illegal asylum seekers to leave the country or face deportation.
Moreover, various international migration organizations and Afghanistani citizens residing in Pakistan had previously expressed concern about the increasing pressure on Afghanistani refugees in Pakistan.

It is noteworthy that the Pakistani government has instructed the owners of residential properties in the country to evict Afghanistani families from their homes.
