RASC News Agency: Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that we must ensure that Afghanistan’s soil is not used to threaten Pakistan.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan, said in a press conference on Thursday, September 14, “Pakistan is still concerned about the security threats that originate from the soil of Afghanistan against this country.”
He clarified that some of Islamabad’s concerns are related to the misuse of the transit trade agreement, which will be discussed with the officials of the Taliban group.
The relations between the Taliban group and Pakistan have been tense in recent days over various issues, including the border clashes between the border guards of this group and Pakistan.
It should be noted that due to the border clashes between the forces of the Taliban group and Pakistan, the Torkham crossing has been blocked for several days and the authorities said that this crossing is supposed to be opened today.
It should be noted that in recent months, attacks on Pakistan’s security forces have increased in different parts of the country.
At the same time, a number of Pakistani officials said that the number of attacks on the country’s forces has increased with the Taliban’s dominance over Afghanistan.
This is despite the fact that, in addition to Pakistan, a number of countries in the world and the region have also expressed concern about the resurgence of the terrorist group and their security threats to the world inside Afghanistan.
