RASC News Agency: Tajik authorities have announced that the country’s special anti-terrorist operational forces; Three fighters of Jamaat Ansarullah group were killed on the border line of Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

 

According to these Tajik officials; Yesterday, Tuesday, September 5, when they entered the territory of Tajikistan from the border line of Afghanistan in Kuran Darwaz region, they were wanted by their special forces of anti-terrorist operations.

 

Tajik government officials have continued that after the militants entered the territory of Tajikistan, the Tajik anti-terrorist special operations forces ordered them to surrender, but they clashed with the Special Forces.

 

According to published information, three fighters of Jamaat Ansarullah group, also known as Tajik Taliban, were killed after the conflict and a number of weapons were left behind.

 

The state news agency of Eastern Tajikistan has also reported that the remaining weapons of these fighters were American M16 and M4, and the investigation has begun in this case.

 

On the other hand, local sources in Badakhshan province in northern Afghanistan confirmed that these fighters had entered the territory of Tajikistan from Darwaz district of Badakhshan province.

 

Before this, Tajik officials expressed concern about the activities of terrorist groups in Afghanistan and moved forces that are more military to the borderline of Afghanistan.

 

Although the Taliban group claims that it has destroyed terrorist groups in Afghanistan, the events that are taking place show those terrorist and criminal groups are still active in Afghanistan.

 

Before this, destructive activities were also reported on the borderline of Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, and people who were affiliated with terrorist groups had fired from the Hairatan area above the territory of Uzbekistan using heavy weapons and rocket launchers.
