RASC: Following the reactions regarding the transfer of (TTP) to the north of the country, the former ambassador of Iran in Kabul said that this transfer is not a solution to the problems, because of the commitment to stop the violence; on the contrary, it causes multidimensional crises.
Mohammad Reza Bahrami, the former ambassador of Iran in Kabul, today, Monday, July 10, has made these statements regarding the transfer of members of the Pakistani Taliban to northern Afghanistan, saying that this action without a commitment to stop the violence will only create a crisis.
Bahrami wrote: The acceptance of (TTP’s) transfer to northern Afghanistan due to their lack of commitment to stop violence in Pakistan and maintaining relations with non-Afghanistani extremist group’s means:
– Continued insecurity in Pakistan
– Creating a bargaining tool for the Taliban with Central Asia and China by transferring the capacity to produce insecurity;
– The production of social, cultural and security crises in northern Afghanistan.
These statements of the former ambassador of Iran are raised while the representative of Pakistan in Afghanistan affairs welcomed this action of the Taliban group in his latest statements.
It should be noted that this action of the Taliban group was met with many reactions from experts and fronts in the country.
In addition, the National Resistance Council for the Rescue of Afghanistan recently warned against this action in a statement in Action and called it Waziristanization of the North of the country.
It should be mentioned that some time ago, reports were published about the transfer of Pakistani Taliban members in the north of the country and it was said that their transfer to these parts of the country has faced many challenges, including tourism.
