RASC: According to local authorities in Ghazni province, floods in four districts of this province have caused heavy losses to farmers.
Mawlawi Abu Sabet; The head of the Ghazni disaster management department says that due to floods in four districts of Ghazni province, twelve residential houses have been destroyed and hundreds of acres of agricultural crops have been destroyed in these districts.
According to the head of fighting against Ghazni incidents, these floods have flowed in the districts of Qarabagh, Ander, Waghaz and Gilan of this province.
He also added that hundreds of acres of agricultural land in the villages of Mushki, Miriani, Kharblag, Baran Qala, Gange Qala, Garde, and Chablaq of Qarabagh were destroyed due to the flood and twelve residential houses in the villages of Lale Qala, Fat Qala and Mullah Musababa Qala in Ghazni province has been destroyed.
It has also been said that the flood destroyed several drinking and agricultural water wells and destroyed solar panels in Ander and Gilan districts.
He also said that these floods in Qarabagh district of this province have destroyed many agricultural lands of wheat and potatoes.
It should be mentioned that in the summer of last year, severe floods in many areas of Ghazni caused heavy damages and destruction of agricultural lands.
This is despite the fact that a few days ago, the Meteorological Department under the administration of the Taliban group had announced the occurrence of heavy rains with floods, thunder and storms in 17 provinces of the country.
It should be noted that floods are one of the natural disasters that cause life and financial losses to citizens every year in different provinces of the country.
