A resident of Kabul says that the Taliban hit him with a military vehicle three days ago and fled without taking him to the hospital. Shirin Agha, a patient with one arm and one leg bandaged, says those three days ago, a Taliban military vehicle hit him while he was crossing the road and ran away without treating him.

He said: “After the incident, I asked him to just take me to the hospital. He took me in his military vehicle because of the crowd and left me on the road after a few minutes.”

He says that if people did not pay attention to him, his life would be in danger.

This is despite the fact that the people of the Taliban group have killed people before and the officials of this group have satisfied the families of the victims by giving them money.
