RASC: Sources in Kabul city told RASC news agency that the Taliban group detained a Panjshiri youth on the morning of Sunday May 28 in Parwan 3 area of Kabul city and transferred him to an unknown place.
According to the sources, this young man’s name was Abdulwakil Mirzaei, and he was one of the bodyguards of Fazl Ahmad Mahnawi during the republic.
The source said that he was not related to any group and was busy with business.
