RASC News Agency: Sources indicate that Ismatullah Noori, a former soldier of the Afghanistan National Police, has died following torture inflicted by individuals associated with Abdul Hamid Khurasani. According to reports, Khurasani’s guards detained the former soldier from his home in the Golden Town area of Kabul on Thursday, September 26. After enduring torture, he suffered cardiac arrest and subsequently died. Relatives of the deceased assert that Ismatullah Noori had been engaged in trading since the Taliban’s takeover and had no affiliations with any group.

Mr. Noori was originally from the village of “Aftabchi” in the Second Hesa district of Kapisa Province. Meanwhile, Hamid Khurasani has denied the allegations in statements to the media, claiming that the former soldier died of a pre-existing heart condition.

Khurasani has previously been accused of murdering numerous individuals, including young people from Panjshir, and has detained and tortured many under suspicion of collaborating with the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan. Reports suggest that several individuals have died under Khurasani’s torture without any justification.
