RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has announced that its forces recently initiated an attack on a Taliban military vehicle in the Kunduz province, as part of their ongoing endeavors to target positions and members of the Taliban group across diverse provinces of the country. As per a statement published on the National Resistance Front’s Facebook page, this assault transpired on Tuesday night, January 2nd, executed by their forces in the “Qoul Arbabkhel” region of the Imam Sahib district in the Qunduz province.

The anti-Taliban front, refraining from specifying the nature of this operation, asserted that post the attack, an armed confrontation unfolded between the two sides, resulting in the demise of one Taliban member and the injury of two others. It is noteworthy that the National Resistance Front has not disclosed information concerning any harm to its forces in this attack, and local Taliban authorities in Kunduz have not yet commented on the incident.

This development occurs as, in recent weeks, opposition fronts against the Taliban have escalated their offensive and covert operations on the positions and members of the group in various provinces of the country. According to reports, the leaders of these fronts have expressed their dedication to combating the Taliban for the liberation of Afghanistan from their control.

Previously, the National Resistance Front issued a report stating that, within six months of their military activities, they had eliminated 128 members of the Taliban through the execution of covert operations and offensives, causing injuries to 110 other members as a consequence of these actions.
