RASC News Agency: Ata Mohammad Noor, the leader of Jamiat-e-Islami, has conveyed his appreciation for the commencement of broadcasting programs in the Hazaragi Persian dialect on Pakistan’s state television. He emphasized that fundamental respect for diversity serves as a catalyst for stability and prosperity in any nation. In a released statement, Mr. Noor praised the Pakistani government for its effective and commendable step. He further highlighted that reciprocal acceptance, reverence for cultures, languages, traditions, and the rites of citizens have played a pivotal role in fostering stability and prosperity in other nations.
Mr. Noor expressed, “The recent initiative by the Pakistani government to broadcast programs in the Persian language and Hazaragi dialect on its state television is both praiseworthy and commendable, and for this, we extend our gratitude to the Pakistani government.” Continuing his message, Mr. Noor lamented, “Nevertheless, on our soil, endowed with a rich historical tapestry of nationalities, languages, and cultures, coupled with the inheritance of a significant human civilization, is unfortunately subject to the illegitimate control of the Taliban group. This has resulted in the eradication, suppression, and hostility towards the cultural, linguistic, and identity assets of our civilization.”
According to Mr. Noor, Afghanistan can only attain stability and prosperity when there is an unequivocal foundation in society based on mutual acceptance and respect for cultures, linguistic diversity, and the equal rights of citizens. It is noteworthy that the announcement of the initiation of broadcasting programs in the Persian language and Hazaragi dialect on Pakistan’s state television received positive reception from some politicians and citizens in the country.
