RASC News Agency: According to sources, the Taliban group recently announced that they have issued over a thousand identification cards for Pashtons in provinces where the majority of residents are non-Pashtons. This follows their consistent pattern of relocating Pashton individuals within these provinces.

Reliable sources from Bamiyan province reported to the media on Saturday, November 4th, that the Taliban is engaged in ethnic displacement by providing Bamiyani identification cards to Pashtons in this region.
Sources state that over the past few months, the Taliban has distributed Bamiyani identification cards to more than a thousand non-Bamiyan Pashtons residing in this province.

Meanwhile, according to claims from certain sources in Bamiyan province, a local Taliban group is preparing to attract and relocate returning Pashtons from Pakistan.
This situation arises amidst the Taliban’s control over the country, during which they have carried out various actions resulting in the arbitrary detention and torture of native residents of Bamiyan province.

Furthermore, information suggests ongoing legal disputes between the native residents of Bamiyan province and the Kuchis. In response, the Taliban has established a commission called the “Commission for Kuchi and Settler Disputes.” According to sources, this commission often resolves disputes in favor of the Kuchi-Pashtons community.
It is worth mentioning that, in addition to Bamiyan province, Kuchis-Pashtons supported by the Taliban have been oppressing and harassing the native residents of several other provinces, forcibly seizing their lands.
