RASC: A number of women activists under the name “Women’s Movement for Peace and Freedom of Afghanistan” say that the Taliban group is causing the country to become a safe haven for international terrorism.

By publishing a statement, this movement said that the Taliban have a more serious relationship with international terrorist networks such as Al-Qaeda and ISIS, turned people into hostages and turned Afghanistan into a safe haven for international terrorism.

This movement has added that the Taliban, like in the past, have pushed the society towards absolute stagnation by removing women from society and suppressing religious minorities.

According to this declaration: ” based on reliable reports, including the recent report of Amnesty International, Taliban group committed a war crime along with other crimes  are proofs of the violent and inhumane behavior of this group.”

Expressing concern over the continuation of the humanitarian, security and economic crisis in Afghanistan, this movement demanded urgent action and more sanctions on the Taliban from the United Nations, the international community and countries that support democracy.
