The arrest of a former government soldier by the Taliban group in Kandahar

Local sources in Paktika Province tell Rask that the Taliban have arrested a resident of this province who was a soldier in the previous regime from Kandahar Province.
This soldier, whose name is Bakhtiar, took refuge in Pakistan with his family after the fall of the republic.
The sources added that this former soldier was arrested by the Taliban group on Friday, May 5, in Spinboldak city of Kandahar province, after crossing the border and entering Afghanistan, and the fate of the arrested person is not known.
This is while the previous day, a former government soldier was arrested by the Taliban group in Nimroz province after returning from Iran.
