RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has claimed responsibility for an attack on Taliban members in Kabul, resulting in the deaths of three fighters. According to a statement released on the National Resistance Front’s official Facebook page on Wednesday, August 14, the attack took place at approximately 9:20 PM the previous evening. The statement detailed that the assault targeted a vehicle carrying Taliban forces in the “Deh Khudaidad” area, within Kabul’s Sixteenth Security District.

In addition to the three fatalities, two other Taliban members were reportedly wounded in the attack. The National Resistance Front further stated that this operation marks the sixth assault by its forces on Taliban members across various parts of the country within the past 24 hours. As of now, Taliban officials have not commented on the incident. This comes as the National Resistance Front has noticeably escalated its attacks on Taliban members in recent days.

In the most recent incident, the National Resistance Front also claimed responsibility for an attack on a Taliban checkpoint on Fifth Street in Taimani, Kabul, last night, resulting in the deaths of two more Taliban fighters.
