This directive was swiftly implemented in other provinces, resulting in the placement of all employees and teachers.
However, sources say that in Ghor province, no action has yet been taken regarding administrative, teaching, or service staff, leaving them in a state of uncertainty.
Meanwhile, several employees have expressed that they must continue to report to work to protect the facilities they are responsible for. They also noted that they have not received salaries and have been signing attendance sheets for four months, despite needing to fulfill their duties.
They mentioned that they have repeatedly approached the media and the Taliban-led education department in Ghor province but have received no response. They urge authorities in the sector to take action to resolve their situation.
Since the Taliban took control of the country, they have made significant changes in the education system, placing their own people in key positions without considering educational backgrounds or qualifications.
