RASC News Agency: The Taliban in Balkh province administered lashes to two individuals, including a young girl. Sources in Balkh have informed the media that both the young girl and the young man received lashes on Sunday, Feb 25, for engaging in extramarital relations.

Meanwhile, sources state that the lashing sentence for these two individuals was executed by the Taliban’s Appeal Court in Balkh province. Furthermore, sources add that the Taliban imposed 20 lashes on the girl and 25 lashes on the boy.

According to sources, after confiscating mobile phones and other electronic devices from employees and visitors of this court, the Taliban lashed these two individuals. This development follows the Taliban’s previous announcement of executing a lashing sentence on two other individuals for immorality charges in Laghman province.
