RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan asserts that its forces have recently initiated assaults on Taliban positions in the provinces of Parwan and Kapisa. As per newsletters and visual documentation disseminated by the National Resistance Front, these offensives transpired on Thursday, January 25. Consequently, three Taliban members succumbed, while five others sustained injuries.
In a newsletter issued by this opposition front, it is disclosed that, following its forces’ assault on a Taliban outpost in the “Ghond Sahib Ulhaq” area of Bagram district, Parwan province, two Taliban members were killed, and three others were wounded. Moreover, the newsletter elaborates that, owing to the offensive launched by the forces of this front against a Taliban stronghold situated in the “Loway Shaheen” area of central Kapisa, one Taliban member perished, and two others incurred injuries.
Taliban officials have refrained from commenting on this occurrence, notwithstanding the escalating frequency of assaults by opposition fronts targeting Taliban positions and personnel across various provinces. In another incident dated in January 23rd , the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan also claimed that its forces targeted a Taliban Ranger convoy with a roadside mine, resulting in the demise of one Taliban member.
