Sources have said that the head of intelligence management of the Taliban group in Khawaja Omari district of this province was killed by armed men a few days ago and now the Taliban group has imprisoned and tortured at least 40 civilians in this district. It should be noted that the arrest and beating of civilians by this group is not unprecedented and they do this from time to time in some provinces of the country. Not long ago, this group arrested 17 residents of Nawur district of this province at the request of a Kochi. Meanwhile, Amnesty International said in a report that the Taliban had committed war crimes against civilians in Panjshir province with this action.
