RASC News Agency: In the continuation of mysterious and targeted killings across the country, this time the security command of the Taliban group in Sar-I-pol announced that a 20-year-old young man has been murdered in this province. Din Mohammad Nazari, the spokesperson for this command, informed the media that this young man, Nasir Ahmad by name, was found dead last night, Sunday, November 26, in the village of Daraq Dugh in the Sayyad district of Sar-I-pol province, with his veins tied. According to information received from Mr. Nazari in Sar-I-pol, this man was subjected to a barrage of gunfire in his home at night, bringing an end to his life.

Mr. Nazari, continuing his statements, mentioned that in connection with the murder of Nasir Ahmad, his wife has been arrested by the forces of the Taliban group and is currently under interrogation by the intelligence of this group. It is worth mentioning that as of now, the motive and cause of this murder are unknown, and it is unclear who is responsible for the killing and the end of his life. This comes at a time when reports of mysterious and targeted killings in various provinces of the country are reaching the media every day, demonstrating that in many cases, the perpetrators of these incidents have managed to escape justice.

In the latest case, Taliban officials in Nangarhar arrested two individuals on Monday, November 27, in connection with the murder of a young girl and boy in this province and have placed them under interrogation. It should be noted that in the two years of the Taliban’s rule in Afghanistan, the statistics of mysterious and targeted killings across the country have seen an unprecedented increase, and in a significant number of these cases, the perpetrators of these killings roam freely. In many of these killings, citizens of the country condemn individuals affiliated with the Taliban group, asserting that members of this group are involved in carrying out these murders.
