RASC News Agency: Local sources in Takhar province have confirmed that two individuals, Seyeed Abdul Hadi and Seyeed Jamal, were apprehended by the Taliban group in the city on November 16th. The Taliban group arrested these individuals on charges of insulting Mullah Hebatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the group, and being members of the National Resistance Front. Said Abdul Hadi was imprisoned in the security command of Namak Ab district, while Said Jamal was transferred to Taluqan city and is currently held in the prison of the Intelligence Directorate of the Taliban group in the airport area of Taleqan city.

It is important to note that these individuals had no connection to the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan. Neither the Taliban group in Takhar province nor the National Resistance Front has commented on this incident yet. this is not the first time the Taliban group has arrested, tortured, and detained civilians on charges of being affiliated with the National Resistance Front. Reports of civilians being arrested on similar charges have emerged from various provinces in the country.

Furthermore, it’s worth mentioning that the Taliban group has exhibited hostile and violent behavior towards Afghanistani citizens, particularly non-Pashtons and residents of Panjshir province, since taking control of the country. The situation in Afghanistan remains tense, and the actions of the Taliban group continue to raise concerns within the international community. The Taliban group persists in exerting their oppressive measures and enforcing strict restrictions upon the citizens, displaying no signs of flexibility or willingness to change their approach.
