Rusk News Agency: The Food and Spice Department of the Taliban group in Balkh says that they have closed dozens of illegal pharmacies in this province.
The officials of this office say that the absence of a pharmacist, outdated medicines and poor quality in all pharmacies is not acceptable.
Mohammad Wahiz, one of the officials of this department, told the media that a commission consisting of representatives of legal and judicial institutions has investigated the pharmacies of this province.
Wahiz said: “Currently, the pharmacies that have offense will be blocked, later we will call them to the office and check their location and official license. “If they don’t have an official license, we will tell them to sell their medicines to other spice sellers and close their medicines shops.”
Meanwhile, a number of residents of Balkh province report the sale of old, low-quality medicines in this province and say that we buy these medicines with a lot of money, which is useless as a result.
It should be mentioned that the officials of this department say that besides the fact that we check the license of these pharmacies, we also pay serious attention to the poor quality and expired medicines.
It is mentionable that the country medicines import from neighboring countries, which the traders order low quality medicines, On the other hand, people do not have the ability to pay huge money for buying these medicines. People mostly raise their voices in this regard but there in not any department in the Taliban group government to pay attention to these peole complains.
