RASC News Agency: Local sources in Parwan province say that a 12-year-old girl was killed by “unknown armed persons” in this province.

According to the sources, this event took place around 12 o’clock on Wednesday night, September 20 in the village of “Khalazai” in the center of Parwan province.

One of the local residents said: “At midnight, stones are thrown on the roof of a house in Khalazaii village, and when the members of this family wake up; their 12-year-old daughter climbs to the roof to see who it is. At the same time unknown people shot from the roof above her with a hunting gun and the bullet hit the girl’s chest and she died.”

According to sources, this girl’s family had no “personal enmity” with anyone.

So far, the motive and perpetrators of this girl’s murder are not known.

The local officials of the Taliban in Parwan province have not said anything about this so far.

It should be mentioned that armed robberies and mysterious murders have increased in various parts of Parwan province.

Earlier, local sources in Parwan province had reported that unknown gunmen shot a bodyguard of Ghulam Bahauddin Jilani, the minister of state for dealing with natural disasters of the previous government in this province.

Sources told the media that this person’s name was “Mohammed Alam” and he was killed by “unknown gunmen” in “Tegler” village of Jabul al-Sraj district of Parwan province on Thursday (September 14).

According to the sources, Mohammad Alam was also the village head of “Tegler” village for a short period of time after the Taliban took over.

Denial of the Leaders of the Taliban Group from Arresting, Torturing and Killing the Employees of the Previous Government RASC: While the Taliban group is accused of arresting, torturing, and possibly killing military and civilian employees of the previous government, the group's deputy prime minister said that the persecution of former government employees is "completely false." The Twitter page of the ARG under the management of the Taliban group announced on Sunday, July 2, the meeting of Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the Acting Prime Minister of this group, with a number of generals, army corps commanders, officers, chiefs and military officials of the previous government. During this meeting, Abdul Kabir said: "Unfortunately, the media and biased people are spreading propaganda as if the employees of the previous administration are being harassed, which is completely false." According to him, due to the general amnesty by Mullah Hebatullah, the leader of the Taliban group, no one has the right to harass another person. He has claimed that a large number of civil and military officials of the previous government have returned to the country due to the efforts of the Contact Commission and they continue to live without any problems. Despite the announcement of a general amnesty by the Taliban group, this group keeps arresting, torturing and even killing military and civilian employees of the previous government, international institutions and other civilians under various pretexts. Some time ago, sources in Kabul reported that the Taliban group asked an employee of the German Institute (GIZ) to Kabul by taking his son hostage and killed him.
