RASC News Agency: The court of the Taliban group; Mullah Ahmad, the head of this group appointed to the head of the Kabul Electricity Company (Bereshna), has acquitted him of the case of sexual assault on his bodyguard.
Abdul Rahim Rashid, the spokesman of the Supreme Court of the Taliban group, confirms that Mullah Ahmad, the former head of the electricity (Bereshna) Company, is innocent and the court has acquitted him of this case.
The Supreme Court of the Taliban group has said that the tape published on social media of Mullah Ahmad’s sexual assault is “false” and “proven to be fake.”
On the other hand, a letter that reached the media on Sunday, September 17, shows that Abdul Ghaffar Rahmani, the judge of the military court of the Taliban group in Kabul, called this sexual assault “slander” against Mullah Ahmad.
This official of the Taliban group called the published video tapes of Mullah Ahmad’s sexual assault on his bodyguard “fake and lies” and dismissed the charges against him.
This is despite the fact that some time ago video tapes of the sexual assault of this Taliban official on his bodyguard were published on social networks.
This official of the Taliban group is acquitted while the Supreme Court of the Taliban group has announced that nine people, including a woman, were publicly flogged in Zabul province on charges of illicit relations, illegal marriage and theft.
The officials of the Taliban group have announced that these people were flogged in the area of Marafia and the city court of the Taliban group in Zabul province.
It should be mentioned that after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, a number of officials of this group have been accused of sexual assault and extramarital affairs, but this group has only inhumanely punished ordinary people for accusations of illicit relations and running away from home.
