RASC News Agency: Khaled Hanafi, the Minister of “Amr Bil Maruf” of the Taliban group, says that all Muslims in the world have a responsibility to help “establish an Islamic system in Afghanistan.”

The Minister of “Amr Bil Maruf” of the Taliban group made these statements on Sunday, September 3, in his meeting with the representatives of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Kabul.

In the announcement published about the meeting of this official of the Taliban group with representatives of Islamic countries, it is stated: “They should reflect the true image of Afghanistan to their countries and the world. “Now the atrocities in Afghanistan have been prevented.”

This is while the orders of the Taliban group, especially regarding women’s work and education, have been condemned by Islamic countries.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation has recently announced that it has sent a delegation of religious scholars to Kabul to discuss “tolerance and moderation in Islam, girls’ education and women’s work” with the officials of the Taliban group.

The composition of this delegation includes a number of scholars of the International Academy of Islamic Jurisprudence and other Islamic-religious institutions in the world, who have met with senior officials of the Taliban group in the last two days in Kabul.

In a statement, Hussain Taha, the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, “expressed deep concern” about the prohibition of Afghanistani women working in international organizations by the Taliban group and called for a “reconsideration of this unacceptable decision.”

Women and girls have continuously protested against the Taliban group’s gender discrimination against women and have asked countries and international organizations to put pressure on the Taliban group to cancel restrictions and gender discrimination.

Nevertheless, the world community and international organizations, including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, have only been satisfied with publishing declarations and sending delegations.
