RASC News Agency: Local sources in Badakhshan province say that the former commander of the Taliban group for the lapis lazuli mine in this province has sexually assaulted a girl.
Sources said on Saturday, August 26, that this commander’s name is Qari Qadeer and he was the former commander of the Taliban group in the lapis lazuli mine in Badakhshan province.
The video tapes of this Taliban group commander’s talks are circulating on social networks; it expresses his sexual corruption.
In this video tape, Qari Qadeer talks sexually with this girl and shows his body to this girl.
According to the sources, Qari Qadeer was arrested a few months ago by Mawlawi Amanuddin, the former governor of the Taliban group for Badakhshan, on charges of sexual assault on this girl and several others, and was released again.
According to sources, Qari Qadeer now has a house in “Shahr Now” area of Kabul city and uses weapons and military vehicles. He is now trying to return as the commander of the lazuli mine with the support of Fasihuddin Fitrat, the head of the Taliban group’s army staff.
In another videotape that has reached the media, Mawlawi Amanuddin confirms the assault of this commander on women and girls and says that he used the weapons and facilities of the Taliban group and escaped a girl to Iran.
