RASC News Agency: The Taliban group celebrated the second anniversary of the domination of Afghanistan on Tuesday, August 15, at the municipal stadium of Kunduz province.

Severe security restrictions in the market, alleys and squares of Kunduz province have annoyed people, and the checkpoints of the Taliban group have caused road closures and traffic congestion.

This gathering was supposed to be launched morning in one of the big hotels of Kunduz province along with a launch to the participants; but, according to the order of the governor of Kunduz, the program was changed to two o’clock PM.

An employee of the Kunduz province said: “About how to organize this conference, a lot of money was allocated as hotel expenses, flag installation and advertisements, as well as a banquet for the invited guests, but in the last minutes, the governor of Kunduz ordered that the celebration should be held later.

It should be placed on the lawn of the municipality without expenses.

Meanwhile, a number of schoolteachers said that they had been warned by their administrations a day ago that they should participate in this program with the students.

These teachers said that the students of the schools were also warned that if they do not participate in this celebration, they will be expelled by the school administration.

Similarly, a number of civil service officers worriedly stated that the heads of their offices had warned them that they would be fired from their duties if they did not attend the meeting.

Even so, the number of participants of this conference was small.

Additionally, subscribers complained about the status quo; Most of those who were present in this gathering were worried and in a hurry and were expecting an explosion or an event at any moment. Because the security situation in Kunduz province has worsened compared to the past and has become a source of concern for citizens.
