Providing a Working Environment for Female Beauticians by a Private Company

RASC: A private company called (Let You Be Seen) has provided job opportunities for unemployed female beauticians.

Following the prohibition of women’s beauty parlors by the Taliban group in the country, this action has been started by a company offering private cosmetic products in order to support female hairstylists.

Officials of this company said yesterday, Monday, July 31, that they provide skin care products worth 25 to 30 thousand Kabuli/Afghani rupees to each female makeup artist to sell.

Hossey Sadat, one of the officials of Raglazh Company, said that the action will help women and girls who worked in beauty salons to support their living expenses.

He added: “We provide 25,000 to 30,000 Kabuli/Afghani rupees worth of capital, which includes skin care products, to female beauticians without taking money, and they can sell it online or in any way they want and take its provisions.”

It should be noted that in addition to the ever-increasing restrictions of the Taliban group, on the social life of citizens, especially women, this group banned the operation of women’s beauty parlors across the country, from July 25 of this year.

Statistics show that this action of the Taliban has led to the unemployment of nearly 60,000 female beauticians in the country.

After their domination of the country, this group has always imposed many restrictions on women.

Prohibiting the education of girls above the sixth grade of school, depriving women from work, with the exception of health and education departments, prohibiting women from entering amusement parks, sports clubs and public baths are clear examples of these restrictions.
