RASC: Sources from the air command of the Ministry of Defense of the Taliban group say that the management of the staff and personnel of this group tore the enlistment papers of the former and new recruits of the Tajik descent of Parwan, Kapisa and Panjshir provinces for no reason and do not assign them to this command.

According to the source of the air commander’s personnel manager, he did not pay attention to any kind of order and legal guidance of our above mentioned steps and rejects his competence to the people who were professional military personnel of the previous government in this command or to other people who want to be recruited to the air command.

Gul Mohammad is a professional employee of the communication technical department in the previous government from Kapisa province. He says that I completed all the legal process of returning to duty, but the personnel manager, who should have been subordinate to the authorities, refused to submit a written submission of my appointment and tore up the official order of my enlistment and said that there is no vacancy for you.

Meanwhile, the commanders of the Taliban group want to attract their own people to work in every part they are employed.

It should be noted that this action of the Taliban group is not unprecedented and many times this group has employed people in different provinces who do not have the capacity to work in different departments and they have not taken into account any criteria of tribalism.

It should be noted that one of the demands of the world to recognize this group is the formation of an inclusive government in which all ethnic groups participate, but this group has done the opposite and have always claimed that their government is inclusive despite the majority of people of Pashtun descent.
