RASC: According to a public source in Kapisa province, the Taliban group is oppressing and persecuting the civilian people in this province under the pretext of members of the resistance front.

A source from Kapisa province says that in the area of Mullah Khalil, Kalala and Mir Masjidi, the second district area of Kapisa province, the Taliban group of Pashtun descent from Kandahari have moved and from time to time, when they feel danger, they gather all the inhabitants of the villages and treat them as prisoners of war and prisoners.

They say and declares that either you bring all the youth of the region whenever and wherever we want, or you stay here.

The source adds that in all the laws of the world, the laws of groups and governments, civilians, women, children and old men are recognized as ordinary people, safe and oppressed and remain protected in any kind of situation, but the Taliban group never obeys this law. It did not work, but in any case, they blame the public people.
