RASC: According to the officials of the Department of Education of the Taliban group in Logar province, the Kankor exam for 1402 graduates of the twelfth grade of schools in this province is scheduled to be held on July 20 and 21.
This news has been shared by the Department of Education of Logar province on July 10.
Mohammad Shapour Arab, the spokesperson of the Taliban’s Department of Education in Logar, announced the participation of 2,314 applicants from the male category in this exam.
He has not given any information regarding the participation of female candidates in this exam.
It has been said that the enrollment card of the applicants for the entrance examination of this province will be distributed in the coming days.
According to the information, more than three thousand applicants took part in the entrance exam last year in this province, including one thousand of them were girls.
It should be mentioned that since the re-emergence of the Taliban group in Afghanistan, female students above the sixth grade have been banned from going to school after Taliban domination in the country, which this issue many times faced national and international reactions, but still Taliban group didn’t open the girl school and university gates.
