RASC: Local sources in Parwan province say that a father in this province killed his young boy and a girl and injured a 16-year-old boy and another 17-year-old girl.
This event took place at 9:00 am on Sunday, June 25, in “Mashgankhel” village of Bagram district.
The person accused of this incident is called Abdul Farid and he killed and injured his children by firing a Kalashnikov type of weapon.
Although the exact motive of this event is not known yet, local sources have different stories about this.
One of the local residents said that: “Abdul Farid shot his children when his children had the secrets of providing clothes and Eid items from him.”
Another source, quoting Abdul Farid’s relatives, added: “This person was addicted to marijuana-type drugs, and it is possible that he did this because of this.”
Abdul Farid is the driver of a stone pelting vehicle and he fled from the area after the incident
This is despite the fact that the statistics of criminal crimes have increased in different parts of the country since the Taliban took over.
