RASC: According to the sources of the Taliban group, they once again ordered the owners of wedding hotels in Kabul to refrain from playing music in wedding parties.

The Taliban’s Ministry of Amr Bil Maruf announced on Sunday, June 11, in a statement that the Ministry of Justice and this ministry jointly made this decision regarding the ban on playing music in wedding parties.

In this announcement, it is mentioned: “During the meeting to review the wedding halls, the officials of the Ministry of Justice asked the owners of the hotels to refrain from playing music and doing things contrary to Islamic standards.”

The Taliban group ordered the owners of the wedding halls to follow up on this matter and the violators will be dealt with seriously.

However, some claimed that in the Kabul wedding hotels, hotel owners pay ransom to Taliban security officials to play music in their parties.

After taking control of the country, the Taliban, in addition to depriving women and girls from education, study and work, also prohibited them from visiting amusement parks and restaurants and traveling without a family members( Mahram), and forced them to wear beards and hats on government employees.
