Killing and Injuring of Two People in Badghis Province

RASC: According to reliable local sources in Badghis province, unknown gunmen killed one person and wounded another person in this province.

Sources say that this incident took place on Thursday night, May 1, in the 1st police district of  of ​​Qalae  Now city.

The reason and motivation of this incident has not been determined yet, and the identity of the victims is not clear.

The Taliban confirmed the incident, but did not say anything about how it happened.

It should be mentioned that not long ago, unknown gunmen killed a woman in the center of Qalae Now city.

After the Taliban gained power, mysterious and targeted killings have increased in an unprecedented manner.

This is despite the fact that not long ago, a former soldier named Fraidoon was mysteriously murdered in Ali Shank district of Laghman province.
