RASC: Local sources in Parwan province say that unknown people in the city of Charikar, the center of this province, killed a young man.
Source information shows that, a 17-year-old youth attacked and killed by knife on Saturday, May 27, in the “Khalazai” area of Charikar, the center of Parwan province.
Azizullah Omari, the head of the government’s security command in Parwan province, also confirm an incident that three people killed a 17-year-old youth with a knife.
He claims that three people were involved in the murder and the investigation is ongoing.
