7 Killed and 14 more People Injured in a Traffic Incident in Badakhshan Province

RASC: Local sources from Badakhshan province in the northeast of the country say that because of a traffic incident in this province, 7 people were killed and 14 others were injured.

This event took place on Friday evening, 12 May in Bagh Mubarak village, Khash city, Badakhshan province.

According to the sources, this fatal event happened after the deviation and overturning of a Flankoch-type motor vehicle.

The condition of some of the injured reported to be critical.

It is said that the mentioned car was moving from Khash city to Baharak city of Badakhshan province.

The occurrence of traffic incidents has recently increased in the northeastern provinces of the country.

Last week, following 2 traffic incidents in Takhar and Badakhshan provinces, more than 20 people were injured.
