Due to an Internal Conflict between Taliban Groups in Bamyan Province, 1 Person Killed and 2 People Wounded

RASC: Reliable local sources in Bamyan province say that because of the inter group conflict between the Taliban in Punjab city of this province, at least one Taliban killed and two others were injured.

This conflict took place on Wednesday, May 10, between the fighters of a Taliban camp in the center of Punjab city.

According to the information of one of the sources, Mullah Abdullah Sarhadi, the governor of the Taliban group for Bamyan province, went to the field to control the situation after this conflict.

The reason for this conflict has not yet been determined.

The local officials of the Taliban have not said anything about this.

Internal conflicts between the Taliban groups are not a new issue, previously in similar events in a number of provinces of the country, including Bamyan province, casualties caused to the forces of this group.

According to the findings of the media, since the beginning of this group’s domination of the country, at least 8 Taliban fighters have been killed in internal conflicts in Bamyan province till now.
