RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan claims that its forces recently conducted an attack on Taliban members in Badghis province, resulting in the deaths of two intelligence operatives and injuries to two others. According to a statement released by the Resistance Front on Monday, July 15, the assault occurred the previous night in the Bala Murghab district of the province.

The statement specifies that one of the fatalities was the deputy intelligence chief of the Taliban for Bala Murghab. Local Taliban officials in Badghis have yet to comment on this attack by the Resistance Front. This development comes amid a notable increase in assaults by opposition groups against Taliban members across various provinces.

In a recent incident, the Resistance Front announced that its forces targeted Taliban members in Kabul province, resulting in the deaths of two intelligence operatives. Additionally, the Freedom Front previously reported that its forces attacked a mobile patrol of the Taliban’s Ministry of Interior in the Karte Naw area of Kabul, killing two Taliban members and wounding one.

Opposition groups have emerged since the Taliban’s takeover of the country, conducting military operations against the group. Over nearly three years of Taliban rule, these groups have repeatedly claimed to have killed dozens of Taliban members in various provinces.
